Can I modify my project while it’s in progress?
Yes, changes can be made, but they may cause delays and additional costs. Adjustments to design, materials, or scope may affect the timeline and require updated estimates and schedules.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
You can cancel your project at any time, but you’ll be charged for completed work, materials, and time spent. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided. The $150 dolar deposit will not be refounded.
How does the billing process work?
Our billing process is flexible. We accept ACH transfers, credit and debit cards, Venmo, checks, or online payments. Please note that payments made by card will incur a 2% fee.
What is a progress payment schedule?
Our progress payment schedule involves collecting 50% of the total cost at the start, 20% upon completion of one phase, another 20% at the next milestone, and the final 10% when the project is complete. For projects under $1,000, we usually split payments 50/50, with half due at the start and the other half at completion.

Yes, Rio Green Landscape is both licensed and insured. We prioritize professionalism and safety, ensuring that all our projects meet industry standards and are fully covered for your peace of mind.
